These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging program offered by Wingman Realty Group LLC, doing business as Wingman Real Estate – The Shopper Team, brokered by REAL Broker, LLC (“Wingman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SMS Messaging Program
When you select an optional, unchecked SMS consent box on one of our forms, you may choose to receive marketing messages, non-marketing messages, or both at the mobile number you provide.
- Marketing messages may include new-listing alerts, real estate market updates, event invitations, special offers, and service announcements.
- Non-marketing messages may include responses to property inquiries, requested listing details, showing and appointment coordination, and real estate transaction or service updates.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in our SMS program.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, activity, and the services you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (913) 543-3332. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us under that consent selection. To join again, submit a new opt-in as you did originally.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use our SMS messaging program.
